	This homepage was created in Microsoft Publisher98 -- a program typically used to create newsletters and brochures. 	If the time and date are not correct (within a few minutes) try clicking 'Reload' in your web browser. If they're still wrong, the server may be down. (The eriCAM is a B&W Connectix QuickCam connected to a Macintosh LC with 4Mb RAM. It snaps a picture every two minutes and saves it via a secure AppleTalk connection to the Economics Department's Linux server.) Under Construction! Though the phrase "Under Construction" is used so much on the web that it's a meaningless cliché now, it's true for this page. Since I don't have the time to sit down and create a site properly, I'm trying to fling it together piece by piece.
