Life > HRD: What happens when Eric goes back to school... updated 3.23.2005

Not too many details about Human Resource Development here.  I'm enrolled in the Master of Arts program, through the School of Education at the University of St. Thomas, on-track to graduate in May 2005. In Spring 2002 I took two classes from professor Nick Nissley:  Introduction to Adult Learning and Introduction to Human Resource Development.  (Nick has now moved back to his boyhood home and is working at his boyhood school -- founded by Milton Hershey -- which is a wonderful thing for Nick but was a terrible loss for UST's HRD program!)  Linked below are the papers I wrote for those classes.
